- Your site's domain name and title are visible to potential linking partners
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- Information is only shared as necessary to match and facilitate link placement
4. Third-Party Data Processors
We use the following processors to operate the Service. Each processes specific data for limited purposes under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA):

Each processor has a DPA in place. Our full sub-processor list is available on request at privacy@happylinks.io. These services are also subject to their own privacy policies; we recommend reviewing them to understand how they handle data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your account. Link history and request data are maintained for analytics and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. We will delete your personal information within 30 days of receiving a valid deletion request.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption
- Passwords are hashed using secure algorithms
- API authentication uses OAuth 2.0 and secure tokens
- Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel
